By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, starting a free trial, downloading a resource, using an application or accessing any Nutrizines material, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website, resources, applications or services.

3. Use of Our Resources
You may use Nutrizines resources for lawful personal, educational, clinical, professional or organisational learning purposes, depending on the type of product, membership or licence purchased.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must not:
-
Copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute Nutrizines resources
-
Upload paid resources to public websites, forums, shared drives or open-access platforms
-
Remove Nutrizines branding, copyright notices or ownership information
-
Modify resources and present them as your own work
-
Use our resources to create competing products, templates, tools, applications or services
-
Share membership access, login details or premium app access with unauthorised users
-
Use our resources in a misleading, unsafe, unlawful or clinically inappropriate way
-
Use automated tools to scrape, download, copy or extract Nutrizines content without permission
Nutrizines reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where resources are misused, copied, shared, resold or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
All Nutrizines content, including ebooks, templates, applications, text, graphics, designs, illustrations, layouts, logos, branding, tools, calculators and digital resources, is owned by or licensed to Health Knowledge Group Ltd unless stated otherwise.
All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Purchasing or accessing a Nutrizines product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for its intended educational or professional purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the product, design, software, content, intellectual property or underlying methodology.
You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit Nutrizines content or applications without prior written permission from Health Knowledge Group Ltd.
5. Ebooks, Digital Downloads & Ebook Memberships
Nutrizines ebooks and ebook memberships provide immediate access to digital educational resources after purchase or activation.
Because ebooks and digital resources are made available immediately, by purchasing an ebook or ebook membership you agree that:
-
Digital access begins immediately after purchase or activation
-
You expressly request immediate access to the digital content
-
You acknowledge that once digital access has started, the content cannot be returned, recovered or withdrawn by Nutrizines in the same way as physical goods
-
You agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right for that digital content once access has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law
This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, inaccessible due to an issue caused by Nutrizines, or where you have rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Applications, Premium Apps & Free Trials
Some Nutrizines applications are free to use. Others may require payment, subscription access or membership access. Where a premium app includes a 14-day free trial, the trial allows users to assess the application before paid access begins.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout:
-
The free trial lasts for 14 days
-
Payment details may be required to start the trial
-
If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the free trial, paid access may begin automatically
-
The subscription will continue according to the billing period selected until cancelled
-
Users can cancel future renewals through the available account, billing or payment management process
Nutrizines will not use free trials to mislead users or impose hidden charges. Trial terms, prices and renewal details should be displayed before payment details are submitted.
Free trial access may be limited, withdrawn or restricted where there is evidence of misuse, repeated account creation, attempted abuse of trial access, unauthorised sharing or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Payments
Payments for Nutrizines products, memberships and premium tools are made securely online through approved payment providers, including Stripe where available.
Nutrizines does not directly store full card details on its own systems. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment provider according to their own security and compliance standards.
Prices may be displayed in GBP, EUR or another applicable currency depending on the website, product, user location or payment route.
The user is responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate and that they have authority to use the payment method provided.
Nutrizines may change prices, membership options, free trials or subscription plans from time to time. Any price shown at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Ebooks and ebook memberships
Because ebooks and ebook memberships provide immediate access to digital content, refunds are not normally available once access has started, unless required by law. This is because digital resources cannot be physically returned or recovered after access has been granted.
Premium apps and subscriptions
For premium apps and subscriptions, users may cancel future renewals at any time through the relevant account, billing or payment management process.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not normally refund a billing period that has already started, unless required by law or where Nutrizines agrees otherwise.
If a user cancels during a 14-day free trial before paid access begins, no subscription payment should be taken for that trial period.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe a digital product is faulty, inaccessible, materially misdescribed or not working as intended, please contact Nutrizines so the issue can be reviewed.
Where appropriate, Nutrizines may offer repair, replacement, technical support, access correction or another remedy required by applicable law.
9. No Spam or Aggressive Sales
Nutrizines does not spam users for sales.
We may send service-related emails, such as order confirmations, account notifications, access information, subscription notices, security updates, payment notices or important changes to our services.
Marketing emails, where used, will be proportionate and may include updates about new resources, apps, educational content or platform developments.
Users can unsubscribe from marketing emails where applicable. We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Accounts, Login Details & Security
Some Nutrizines services may require an account, login or membership access.
Users are responsible for:
-
Keeping login details secure
-
Not sharing account access with unauthorised users
-
Ensuring account information is accurate
-
Not attempting to access resources, apps or databases without permission
-
Informing Nutrizines if they believe their account has been compromised
Nutrizines may suspend or restrict access if account misuse, unauthorised sharing, suspicious activity, failed payment, security risk or breach of these terms is identified.
11. Application Databases & Hosting
Nutrizines applications may use secure databases to support app functionality, user inputs, saved information, calculations or personalised outputs where relevant.
Our app databases are hosted in London through Supabase.
Each premium application has its own Supabase database. This separation is used to support safety, data organisation and assurance by reducing unnecessary overlap between premium app datasets.
Although Nutrizines takes reasonable steps to protect application data, no online platform, database, hosting provider or digital service can guarantee complete security at all times.
Users should not enter information that is unnecessary, excessive or inappropriate for the intended use of the application.
Where an application is intended for general education or self-assessment, users should avoid entering identifiable third-party information unless this is clearly required and lawful.
12. Personal Information & Privacy
Nutrizines respects user privacy.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We may use trusted service providers where necessary to operate the platform, process payments, host databases, provide technical infrastructure, manage accounts, deliver emails, support security, comply with legal obligations or provide customer support.
These service providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Personal information may be processed for purposes such as:
-
Creating and managing user accounts
-
Processing payments and orders
-
Providing access to ebooks, memberships and applications
-
Responding to enquiries
-
Maintaining security and preventing misuse
-
Improving website, resource and app functionality
-
Meeting legal, accounting or regulatory obligations
Further information should be provided in our Privacy Policy.
13. User-Entered Information
Some Nutrizines applications may allow users to enter data, answers, measurements, notes or other information.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any information entered is accurate, appropriate and lawful.
Users should not enter third-party personal data unless they have a lawful basis, permission or professional justification to do so.
Healthcare professionals and organisations using Nutrizines tools with patient-related information remain responsible for complying with their own professional, clinical, confidentiality, information governance and data protection obligations.
Where users enter health-related information, measurements or other sensitive information into an application, they do so for the intended purpose of using that application. Users should avoid entering excessive or unnecessary information.
14. App Calculations, Outputs & Limitations
Nutrizines applications may include calculations, scores, educational outputs, prompts, trackers, forms or decision-support style information.
These tools are designed to support education, communication and practical use. They should not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, referral decisions or emergency care.
Users must check outputs carefully and apply professional judgement where relevant.
Nutrizines does not guarantee that every application, calculation or output will be suitable for every individual, clinical situation, organisation or setting.
Nutrizines is not responsible for harm, loss or error arising from incorrect user-entered information, inappropriate interpretation of outputs, or use of applications outside their intended educational or professional support purpose.
15. Availability, Updates & Changes
Nutrizines aims to keep its website, resources and applications available and functioning appropriately.
However, access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party provider issues, security work or events outside our reasonable control.
Nutrizines may update, modify, replace, withdraw or improve resources, memberships, applications or features over time.
We may also correct errors, update content, change designs, improve functionality or remove outdated materials where appropriate.
Nutrizines is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure, payment provider issues, hosting provider issues, internet disruption, cyber incidents or events outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Nutrizines may use or link to third-party platforms, services or websites, including payment providers, hosting providers, database providers, email services, analytics tools or external educational references.
Nutrizines is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security or practices of third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us.
Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services they choose to use.
17. Sustainability Contribution
Nutrizines supports a digital-first model to reduce unnecessary printing, packaging and transportation.
Nutrizines contributes 1% of each payment received through Stripe directly towards initiatives that help reduce COâ‚‚ emissions.
This contribution forms part of our commitment to responsible digital access and environmental sustainability.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nutrizines aims to provide high-quality, professionally informed and useful educational resources.
However, we do not guarantee that:
-
Any resource or app will meet every user’s specific needs

For business, professional, organisational or institutional users, Nutrizines’ total liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid by that user for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
